Construction Project Manager (CPM) (LE23-001)

Responsibilities included but not limited:

  • Define the project scope.
  • Create a construction estimate based on a material take off (MTO)
  • AIA document processing
  • Time and Attendance
  • Develops and adheres to the budget, and timeline.
  • Create a construction project management plan.
  • Negotiate with general contractors and subcontractors to obtain profitable construction contracts.
  • Communicates with clients and delivers project progress reports.
  • Collaborates with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists.
  • Create and Lead Your Dream Team. ...
  • Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines. ...
  • Solve Issues That Arise. ...
  • Manage the Money. ...
  • Evaluate Project Performance.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence
  • Valid Drivers License and good driving record/history for past 10 years
  • 3 – 5 years of proven experience
  • Manages departmental budget responsibilities
  • Provides system support
  • Resolves and documents project specific issues
  • Coordinates product deployment
  • Supports and maintains stakeholder relationship
  • High school diploma,
  • Degree is desirable; but not required
  • PMP certification
  • SME using project management software (Phoenix, Procore, etc.)
  • Basic MS Office skills
